  • WIPING DOWN WALLS, CEILINGS, BASEBOARDS, AND MOLDINGS TO ELIMINATE DUST BUILDUP

Surface Cleaning and Sanitization

  • CLEANING AND SANITIZING ALL SURFACES, INCLUDING COUNTERTOPS, FRONT OF CABINETS, SHELVES, AND FIXTURES
  • SCRUBBING AND DISINFECTING KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SURFACES, SUCH AS SINKS, FAUCETS, AND TOILETS
  • POLISHING MIRRORS, GLASS SURFACES, AND STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES TO A STREAK-FREE SHINE

Floor Care

  • SWEEPING, MOPPING, AND SCRUBBING ALL TYPES OF FLOORING TO REMOVE DIRT, GRIME, AND RESIDUE

Fixture and Appliance Detailing

  • CLEANING AND POLISHING FIXTURES, HARDWARE, AND APPLIANCES, INCLUDING SINKS, FAUCETS, SHOWER HEADS, AND LIGHT FIXTURES
  • REMOVING STICKERS, LABELS, AND PROTECTIVE COVERINGS FROM APPLIANCES AND SURFACES
  • ENSURING ALL APPLIANCES ARE CLEAN, FUNCTIONAL, AND READY FOR USE

Final Touch-Ups

  • INSPECTING THE ENTIRE SPACE FOR ANY REMAINING DUST, DEBRIS, OR OVERLOOKED AREAS
  • PERFORMING ANY NECESSARY TOUCH-UPS OR DETAILING TO ENSURE A FLAWLESS FINISH
  • CONDUCTING A FINAL WALKTHROUGH WITH THE CLIENT TO ENSURE COMPLETE SATISFACTION AND ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS

CLEANERNEST CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Billing

All bookings are non-refundable.
We accept debit/credit cards only.
Your card will be charged on the morning of your scheduled cleaning, prior to the service being completed.

Cancellations & Schedule Changes

Must be made at least 2 business days in advance to avoid fees.
Changes made within 23 hours of cleaning: $75 fee.
Same-day cancellations will result in the full service fee being charged, as the scheduled time and cleaning crew were exclusively allocated for your appointment.

Reminders & Arrival Times

Email reminders are sent 2 days before your service.
Arrival times are scheduled within a 1-hour window but not guaranteed.

Tipping

Optional but appreciated. 100% of tips go to your cleaners.
Can be added online or left in cash.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Report issues within 24 hours for a free re-clean.
No discounts or refunds. Please do not attempt to fix issues before contacting us.

Breakage / Damages

Please let our office know if your home has natural stone or any materials that
require special care.
Report breakage within 24 hours.
We are not liable for damage to unstable or fragile items (e.g. brittle blinds, topheavy decor).
Do not attempt repairs without our approval.

Valuables

Please secure or put away all valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items prior to our
arrival, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, documents, collectibles, and
sentimental items.
CleanerNest is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced valuables that are
not properly secured.

Communication

Always send requests or updates to our office—not the cleaners—to ensure
proper documentation and follow-through.

Supplies

We provide all supplies except paper towels and trash bags.
If you request your own supplies, we are not liable for damage caused by them.

Teams & Routes

We aim to keep consistent teams, but cannot guarantee the same team each visit.

Property Size & Pricing

Pricing is based on accurate square footage. Adjustments may be made if scope
of work increases.

Vacant Homes

We are not responsible for any items left behind. Trash/item removal can be added for a fee.
Please make sure all utilities are turned on for the cleaning.

Dishes

Empty dishwasher: we load dishes.
Dishwasher with contents: we hand wash up to 10 items. More may incur an extra fee.

Pets

For safety, pets must be secured during cleanings. If animals are loose and the team feels unsafe, we may not enter.

Non-Solicitation Policy

Clients may not hire or solicit our employees privately. A $1,500 referral fee
applies for violations.
